Nowcomm, the unified communications and network support specialist, has been awarded the highest level of unified communications (UC) designation within the Cisco partner model – “Cisco Master Unified Communications Specialisation”.
“I’m delighted that Nowcomm has achieved such a prestigious level of accreditation, which is only possible after demonstrating the highest levels of knowledge, service and support of Cisco unified communications technologies”, said Richard Roberts, head of Cisco partner operations, UK & Ireland. “Nowcomm is one of the first partners in the UK to now hold the Cisco Master Unified Communications Specialisation designation.”
Only eight companies in the UK, including Nowcomm, have so far achieved this accreditation from Cisco. Andy Lowe, Cisco partner account manager adds: “I’ve had the pleasure to work directly with Nowcomm as part of my current Cisco channel team role. In achieving the level of Master Unified Communications specialised partner, Nowcomm joins a small elite group of Master UC partners in the UK and worldwide. Nowcomm has demonstrated it provides the highest level of technical expertise and technology skills to deliver sophisticated, end to end, Cisco unified communications solutions.”
“The team have worked extremely hard to achieve this accreditation”, commented Richard McLoughlin, Nowcomm’s managing director. “Nowcomm’s goal is to be the leader in unified communications and collaboration solutions. Receiving this recognition from Cisco after such a rigorous and in-depth audit process, further validates this objective.”
