nPlusOne launches latest call-status application

nPlusOne releases the first truly web-enabled call status application for hosted IP Centrex service at the Convergence Summit 2007.

Leading hosted IP centrex provider nPlusOne has released its latest upgrade to the web-based user console for customers and resellers, with the most sophisticated hosted call status application on the market.

Using pure Javascript and AJAX technologies, this latest web interface provides nPlusOne customers with a real-time display of their centrex, or individual hunt groups. By using any standards-based web browser, the application is truly cross-platform, and there is no need for installation or “truckroll” support from nPlusOne resellers.

“Whilst many hosted telephony providers still rely on hosting IP-enabled PBXes in a datacentre environment, nPlusOne has deployed a true carrier-grade platform, with a distributed architecture. We use a server farm that has geography as well as technology diversity”, said Mussy Kurt-Elli, Managing Director of nPlusOne. He added, “this latest upgrade simply reflects again the advantage of a pure hosted, service-deployed approach to telephony.”
