NTA, a privately owned UK VoIP provider, has announced the second dealer day taking place on October 26th 2010 1-5pm at David Lloyd Centre in Hornchurch Essex. Whilst NTA sells direct, its focus on 2010 has been to build its distribution network with a focus on supporting new Dealers and White Label providers.
The very successful Dealer Days help any potential dealer or white labeller find out more about what it takes to become an NTA partner, including costs, support, how the process works and potential revenue generation opportunities.
Danny Tyler, Business IT Support Manager of Global IT solutions, attended the first dealer day. He commented, “I found the day very informative and felt the whole day was very professionally run. The presentations, including the one from BT, were very useful and it was exciting to hear how NTA is offering great revenue stream opportunities for dealers and white labelers. It was also interesting to learn more about NTA’s Mobile VoIP product.”
NTA has adopted a KIS-system for its partner programmes (Keep It Simple System). This ensures it is very easy for resellers to jump-start themselves into becoming a fully-fledged hosted VoIP provider in a matter of days. NTA has 2 stages of reseller partner;
White Label Partner where resellers have an own-branded and tailored ready to use feature rich VoIP solution.
Dealer Partner: If a reseller isn’t yet ready to become a fully-fledged white label provider, then NTA offers the option of becoming a dealer. Dealers that sign up to NTA have the reassurance that they are partnering with the carrier of the calls, the owner of the network and developer of the system. Dealers get full technical and sales support from NTA, including an order processing team. NTA’s expert engineering team is also on hand to provide support to the Dealer’s customer, if required. The Dealer has full control of their customer by using NTA’s web-based portal control system. NTA provides a simple and easy migration process if the dealer wishes to become a White Label provider.
