Having originally become a reseller for the aBILLity billing platform, NTE is now also a top regional reseller for call logging and contact management systems. Both are used in NTE’s own offices – the Oak wallboard display of call data is seen in the background of the photograph. As well as being an active business tool for NTE staff, the display, which is easily added on to the core call management application, acts as a live customer demo of the power of call logging. Oak wallboard displays can show xml data feeds from business databases and live web feeds alongside call data.
