O-bit Upgrade Network to offer New Channel Services

Buckinghamshire based O-bit telecom say they are not merely an aggregator of other carrier services but are focusing increasingly on the running and upkeep of their own interconnects and Broadband infrastructure.

This summer sees the launch of a further upgrade to their BB network but also the integration of a new Nokia voice switch. In conjunction to this O-bit is launching a new upgraded broadband network, this will facilitate the launch of a virtual ISP solution for smaller resellers and it is the intention to directly compete with other similar offerings.

Elizabeth Sparrow, O-bit Telecom Sales Manager said, “This new network will also see the introduction of hosted IPT into the O-bit product portfolio. The new switch will form an integral part in the IPT offering as well as offering real time complex routing for the NTS number ranges. PRS, personal numbering and geographic ranges are all to be lunched by Q3 of this year.”

O-bit sees the investment of their next generation networks as paramount in the pioneering of future technologies and an enabler for the enhancement of the O-bit customer experience.
