O2 Business has announced the winners of its 2018 Customer and Digital Excellence Awards. The awards recognise a partner’s overall capability to provide world-class customer support, along with a high level of digital knowledge and expertise. They are unique in focusing on these two areas which are more relevant to customers’ needs and expectations, instead of categorising by scale and size alone.
The awards are part of O2’s Direct Partner Network, which was successfully re-launched in 2015. The programme itself has enabled O2 to build deeper relationships with partners in order to deliver real focus and growth within digital portfolios and customer relationships.
The O2 Direct Partner Network sets demanding qualifying criteria, including excellent customer service and commitment to the business sector. The focus on the customer experience means that when a customer chooses to work with an accredited O2 partner they can be assured they will receive first class products and services combined with the partner’s expertise from a trusted representative of the O2 brand.

Winners receive new excellence award branding, additional commercial incentives and further marketing and digital consultancy to help develop their business. They will receive their awards at a ceremony at The Shard in London on 1st March.
