The contract builds on O2’s partnership with Tragus to offer exclusive discounts to O2 customers through Priority Moments – O2’s location-based offers service that gives exclusive discounts and experiences with some of the UK’s best loved shops restaurants and leisure providers.
Current offers include two courses plus wine for £12 across Café Rouge, Strada and Bella Italia. By combining O2 Wi-Fi and Priority Moments, O2 will be able to deliver an enhanced mobile user experience that gives customers discounts at the restaurants they are closest to and a free Wi-Fi connection while dining.
By partnering with O2 Wi-Fi, Tragus will be able to offer a fast, free, reliable and simple to use Wi-Fi connection to all its customers, no matter which mobile or broadband provider they are with, addressing many shortcomings of current public Wi-Fi offerings. The deal also gives Tragus a platform to further enhance the customer experience through branded landing pages and content, providing relevant and timely offers and rewarding loyalty.
