O2 has announced two great new ways to get better value on mobile phones and mobile broadband.
O2 is now giving customers even more value with its market-leading 30 day Simplicity tariff. For just £10.50 per month, it now includes unlimited texts, 100 cross network minutes and an additional 100 O2 to O2 minutes. This deal is available as a 30 day rolling contract, which means no lock-in for customers who are looking for the flexibility of a shorter contract.
The second deal is a ‘double data’ special, which provides a double helping of data completely free of charge every three months for O2 mobile broadband on Pay & Go and iPad. Pay & Go customers must top up by a monthly allowance of 1/2GB to secure these savings.
Both offers are also set to put money back in customers’ pockets thanks to a bundle of free extras that all come as part of the service from O2. This includes priority access to the hottest gigs and events tickets, and eligibility for Priority Moments – O2’s innovative new rewards scheme. Priority Moments is a location-based service which alerts customers to nearby exclusive offers and savings, such as half price cinema tickets, free personal training sessions and exclusive restaurant deals.
The £10.50 Simplicity tariff now offers:
100 minutes of call time to other O2 phones
100 minutes of call time to other networks
Participation in the exclusive O2 Rewards scheme, offering O2 customers high street vouchers, phones and accessories, cut price broadband and other rewards
Location based savings via O2 Priority Moments
Flexibility, a 30 day rolling contract
Data Bolt On to suit individual needs, not one-size-fits-all
24/7 support from UK-based telephone customer services
And you can keep your existing phone and number
O2’s clear and trusted approach has already earned the network over 22 million mobile phone customers. The new and improved Simplicity tariff – to be supported with a £1.2 million advertising campaign – is set to boost this figure. Both deals are the latest examples of O2’s Thinking of You campaign, showing how much O2 values its customers.
