O2 Business has announced a new partner programme focussed on developing deeper relationships with selected direct partners and key distributors. Developed from extensive insight and partner feedback, it has been designed to increase the emphasis on helping the direct partner network win and retain high value business.
The new programme will replace the existing Centre of Excellence programme on 1st April 2015 and will result in O2 Business working with fewer direct partners that excel in delivering high quality mobile and digital performance for their customers.
The O2 Direct Partner Network has four key components:
•O2 Exclusivity – new extended five year contract with additional revenue share and a range of unique benefits for exclusive partners
•Excellence Awards – £8m investment in incentive payments over the next three years for the best partners to stand out from the crowd; with two new annual awards focussed on the areas of customer and digital excellence
•New commercials – transparent and simplified commercials making it easier for O2 partners to plan and win business
•Bigger dedicated support team – continued investment in targeted marketing resources and comprehensive benefits, alongside quarterly incentives for all O2 partners
