Software developer Oak has launched a new web site designed to take visitors directly to information on its new Comms Suite integrated applications.
The site also provides information on support and training options for end users and on the legacy products still used by Oak’s 20,000+ user base. A password-protected online support knowledgebase and an overview of development timelines and features of latest software releases is available to resellers.
Oak joint CEO Phil Reynolds said; “The publicly available pages convey all the key sales messages and are a useful resource that resellers may wish to link to directly. Behind the passwords is the information that helps them to deliver a better service to their customers with installation and ongoing support.”
