Oak Telecom has announced the recruitment of Anne Tinsley as Customer Services Manager and the appointment is anticipated to further develop the service Oak offer to resellers. Anne’s role will encompass working with Account Managers on development of reseller relationships and continuing the development of the services offered by the market leading communications solutions provider.
With a background in software houses and network solutions working on client accounts and product management Oak say that it means that Tinsley brings a comprehensive understanding of the channel to her new role at the Dorset based vendor.
“Anne will be instrumental in the development in enhancing reseller support throughout the company. This will include a focused reseller training programme and enhancement of Oak’s service infrastructure,” commented David Rands, Oak Telecom’s Managing Director, continuing, “The huge growth Oak has experienced over the past five years has allowed us to increase the support and product choices available to our resellers.
