UK regulator Ofcom has published a table showing the number of user complaints received per 100 new customers acquired by CPS and WLR carriers.
The ‘shame’ list is headed by Just Telecomms UK with an incredible 21.13 complaints per 100 new customers. By comparison, second place slammer Orb Communications recorded a ‘mere’ 9.89% and third in the hall of shame went to Platinum Telecom with 2.91%.
