OKI UK & Ireland has recruited three new highly-experienced sales professionals to strengthen the UK senior sales team. Dave Weston has been appointed as Head of Channel, Stephen Curtis as Head of Key Accounts and Charlie Salter as Senior Sales Manager for VAR and Major Accounts. The appointments are part of an ongoing priority of establishing new relationships and partnerships, reflecting OKI’s transition from a product to a solutions-based operation.

“The printer industry is changing – and with this transformation comes renewed potential for both our major customers and our channel network. OKI itself continues to expand its colour and smart printer portfolio – and with this comes increased opportunities for resellers to add value and our key accounts to maximise the benefits. We are delighted to welcome these new faces to the OKI team and feel sure they will help drive and optimise these prospects,” says Dylan Haworth, UK Sales Director.

All three new senior staff come from a business supplies background. Dave Weston, the new Head of Channel was at Samsung previously for around seven years, latterly as Regional Channel Sales Manager.

Stephen Curtis, now OKI UK Head of Key Accounts comes to OKI from Danwood where he was Corporate Sales Director. Before this he was a director at Computerworld and Head of Business Development at Commercial Ltd.

The third new OKI employee is Charlie Salter, now OKI Senior Sales Manager for VARs and Major Accounts. He brings an impressive record of achievement in sales management within FMCG and B2B sectors, having spent around four years in different roles at Brother, most recently managing volume accounts.
