Olive Communications has launched Connect4Teams, a suite of services designed to deliver direct routing, PBX integration, secure voice recording and contact centre capabilities within a Microsoft Teams environment, delivered through Olive’s Cloud Managed Service Platform for a synchronised view of your infrastructure.
The service operates three ways; for businesses looking to provide external call capabilities directly into Teams, for integration into an existing telephony solution, or for a brand-new telephony platform within a Microsoft Teams environment.
Olive Connect4Teams provides seamless and secure voice recording via a native app within Teams. The service provides compliant recording and archiving across all communication channels in Microsoft Teams, managing complex regulatory requirements with ease. Insight using cognitive services provides rich analytical capabilities including transcription, text to speech and translation.
Olive’s proposition is one of simplicity, removing complexity and duplication whilst helping businesses reduce cost and deliver simply brilliant customer experiences worldwide.
Lucy Callaghan, Head of Marketing at Olive said, “Microsoft Teams has seen tremendous success as a remote working and collaboration tool, especially since the unprecedented events we’ve seen from the on-going pandemic. As we look towards a post-pandemic workplace culture, Olive are already seeing the demand for simplified voice and audio-conferencing solutions, ones which are truly scalable. Over the last six months, Olive have been offering Connect4Teams and are now ready to launch phase two of the service, giving diversified choice to businesses not yet ready for a full-scale digital transformation, but who simply want to do more with their existing (and costly) on-site or Cloud PBX solution.”
Lucy continued, “Connect4Teams, hosted on Olive’s Cloud Managed Service Platform does just that, seamlessly bridging cloud, data, and mobility services, allowing users to consume the technology and business applications needed to operate efficiently regardless of location or device, providing an agile and scalable model designed to drive cost efficiency and manage OPEX.”
Nick Beardsley, Enterprise Director at Olive said, “It’s time to transform the way we think about Voice and Collaboration. Just as businesses want agile, robust, and flexible solutions – they also want choice hence our dedication to onboard Microsoft Teams as a core service available from Olive, leveraging our ten plus years of Microsoft expertise and accredited partnership.”
