The company, based in Whiteley, Hampshire, has been named Vodafone Total Communications Partner for 2015.
Onecom CEO Darren Ridge (pictured with Rob Mukherjee, head of Vodafone Partner Services), accepted the trophy which was the final and most prestigious prize at the Vodafone Partner Awards night in Birmingham, one of the industry’s highest-profile events.
He then emailed Onecom’s 400 members of staff to personally thank them for their hard work and to announce they would each receive a £100 bonus.
Onecom has held the title of Vodafone Platinum Partner of the Year for its business-to-business mobile solutions every year since the awards began in 2011.
The new Total Communications Partner award reflects Onecom’s march into unified communications, offering businesses complete solutions including mobile and fixed voice lines and internet connectivity.
It comes days after the company announced its biggest ever unified comms deal – a £3m contract to provide internet and voice connectivity to the Central England Co-operative’s head office and 450 outlets.
