ONI Achieves Excellent Customer Satisfaction Score

Cisco Gold Partner ONI Plc has once again achieved Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence.

34 surveys were completed in Cisco’s P1, achieving a score of 4.69 for Pre Sales and 4.58 for Post Sales; scores were based upon the customer satisfaction results captured in the Cisco Partner Access Online tool.

ONI is extremely pleased to have achieved another year of positive responses highlighting their ongoing commitment to delivering the best possible service to their customers.

Achieving Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program.
