ONI and Zeacom Partner to Provide a UC Solution for the Contact Centre

Unified Communications company, Zeacom has joined forces with ONI, a provider of integrated voice, data, and video solutions to drive the Zeacom Communications Centre (ZCC) into the UC contact centre market. The partnership will create a sales platform to deliver a comprehensive UC offering with proven RoI, enabling contact centres to improve collaboration within daily working practices and improve operational efficiencies.

Zeacom’s ZCC enables contact centre agents to manage calls strategically and intelligently, reducing call times and therefore providing tangible return on investment.
