Outsourcery among finalists for Microsoft Award

Cloud Service Provider, Outsourcery, has announced it was selected as Finalist for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner of the Year Award 2011. The announcement comes on the back of a successful year for Outsourcery, and is an indication of the continuing technical innovation and entrepreneurial drive demonstrated by the company.

Piers Linney, Co-CEO of Outsourcery said, “We are delighted to be recognised by Microsoft through this significant award. Outsourcery has gone one better this year, being named Finalist as one of the top ranking worldwide Dynamics CRM Partners, alongside Winners Hitachi Consulting and the second Finalist US based Accenture. This demonstrates Outsourcery’s strong UK market position in Dynamics CRM, and builds on last year’s success as worldwide 2010 Hosting Solutions Partner of the Year and 2010 Dynamics Hosting Partner of the Year.”

Awards are presented in multiple categories, with winners chosen from a set of more than 3,000 entrants worldwide. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner of the Year Award honours a partner who has exhibited excellence in providing innovative and unique sales, services, solutions, and/or support based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This award recognises Outsourcery, who demonstrates consistent, high-quality, predictable service to Microsoft Dynamics customers that helps to ensure significant business benefits for customers from their Microsoft Dynamics CRM investments.

“We are proud to recognise this outstanding group from our highly valued worldwide partner network as our 2011 Partner Award finalists,” said Jon Roskill, corporate vice president, Worldwide Partner Group, Microsoft Corp. “We applaud the unique perspective and creativity each of these companies brings to solving customer business and technology challenges. Our strong partnership along with their commitment to customers plays an essential role in our mutual, long-term success.”

Steve Morrow, Microsoft Dynamics Director, UK, added, “Outsourcery’s success in the WPC Awards is a great endorsement of the strength of the UK Dynamics community. The Dynamics CRM market in the UK continues to show strong growth and following the launch of CRM 2011, Outsourcery is well positioned to take maximum advantage of this opportunity.”

Linney continued, “Being recognised by Microsoft is also a tremendous endorsement of our strategy as this past year has seen significant changes within the organisation as we increase our focus on becoming the UK’s leading Cloud Service Provider. This has involved a move to become a more channel-focused organisation, the sell-off of part of our legacy mobile business and development of our data centre capabilities. It has also included attaining the necessary standards accreditations and recruiting the best experts in the industry to take us and our objectives forward.”

The Microsoft Partner Awards recognise Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered exceptional Microsoft-based solutions over the past year. Outsourcery will be recognised for their award at Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference to be held in Los Angeles this week (11-14 July 2011).
