Outsourcery Appoint Ryder to Head of Partner Sales

Outsourcery’s former Strategic Partner Lead, Vicky Ryder, has been appointed Head of Partner Sales for Outsourcery. Ryder will work closely alongside Simone Hume, Head of Public Sector and Robert Pope, Head of Business Development, to make up the top-level management of Outsourcery’s sales team.

Ryder’s responsibilities will include: enabling existing partners to further provision cloud services, recruiting and activating new partners, overseeing Outsourcery’s strategic partner relationships and working to ensure Outsourcery’s partners receive best-in-class technical support – ultimately leading Outsourcery’s newly restructured partner team to achieve growth across the channel.

Ryder first joined Outsourcery in April 2014 and brings over ten years of sales, channel management and marketing experience to the role, alongside industry knowledge, having previously held positions at Telefonica, Symantec and Cable & Wireless Worldwide (now Vodafone). Her appointment demonstrates Outsourcery’s continued commitment to enabling and growing its partner base. Outsourcery has a network of over 500 partners, which range from specialist SME providers through to large enterprise organisations, like Vodafone and Virgin Media Business, spanning the entirety of the IT and telco markets.

Head of Business Development, Robert Pope, says: “Vicky’s appointment shows Outsourcery’s commitment to building a strong sales and support pipeline across all verticals – but, in particular, it expresses our commitment to working with our partners to deliver the best products, services and solutions available in the market. Outsourcery has a world-class team and it’s fantastic that we can call on someone of this calibre from within the ranks to support us in driving the business forward”, Pope concludes.

Outsourcery’s Annual Partner Event will take place on 10th September at Microsoft’s Cardinal Place, London. The event, for existing and prospective partners, will feature industry leading speakers from Microsoft and the Cloud Industry Forum and will launch Outsourcery’s Skype for Business partner solution, alongside its refreshed Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) offering.
