Panasonic has joined forces with software supplier Poltys to offer a Communications Assistant (CA) mobile solution for businesses looking to ensure colleagues, customers, partners and suppliers remain in constant contact.
The system integrates with the Panasonic KX-NS1000 and Panasonic’s CA desktop, allowing the desktop and mobile solution to work seamlessly as one, paired as a single number extension.
Carlos Osuna, Marketing Manager for Communication Solutions at Panasonic, said, “The CA mobile solution means voice call, chat, presence-sharing and desktop integration can now be achieved with one simple application, ensuring that wherever a business may be operating, communication will remain clear, constant and cost-effective.”
“Mobile users can easily access central information, calls will never be missed and customers only need to know one number.”
With easy set-up and simple operation, the CA Mobile solution acts as a PBX extension, aimed at maximising business communications such as video calls, chat, image/file sharing, activity logs, presence sharing and contact lists.
A ‘Follow Me’ function allows users to make and receive calls via a PBX, wherever they are, without incurring any of their own call charges.
Panasonic CA Mobile client is available now on iTunes and Google Play.
