Panasonic develops next gen comms platform

Panasonic is urging resellers to stay ‘one step ahead’ of the competition after announcing an enhanced version of its popular NS1000 IP platform.

The feature-packed communications server is now more innovative, flexible and efficient – hailed as next generation technology, available from distributor Nimans.

The NS1000 offers businesses a quicker response to customer enquiries, optimum productivity through ‘presence’ capabilities, increased mobility functionality and desktop integration and applications – delivering the power to unite workforces big and small.

Nimans’ Head of System Sales, Paul Burn, says the new improvements take the NS1000 to a new level of sophistication and flexible performance.

“The original system was very popular but the new enhancements represent a further impressive step forward. Thanks to its modular architecture the system can be tailored for individual site requirements from a small office to a multi-branch business. Based on SIP and IP protocols the NS1000 also supports TDM infrastructure and can seamlessly integrate smartphones and tablets as part of a powerful UC solution.”

He added: “It’s easy to see why Panasonic are so excited by this latest product development that builds on the success of the original version. Resellers now have an even stronger weapon in their sales armoury.”
