Panasonic Extends CRM Capability with GoConnect

Panasonic System Networks Europe (PSNE) have announced GoConnect, a collaboration with CTI specialists Mondago that enhances the integration of Panasonic’s TDE and NCP business voice systems with common CRM applications. Go Connect interfaces directly to the TDE or NCP system, converting the output into a consistent format for IT applications to use.

Stephen Gerrard, PSNE UK and Ireland Head of Marketing explains; “With Panasonic and Go Connect, employees are empowered with a simple app. for managing communications and maximising the return on time spent on the phone. Call handling can also be more effectively managed with Go Connect and will even allow team leaders to increase team efficiency, creating more responsive and rapid customer service. This can save substantial time on each call and helps organisations deploying the system to reduce total cost of ownership.”

Being a desktop CTI application, Go Connect offers a number of key phone control features including, dialling, call control, call waiting, last number redial as well as previewing and screen popping. Previewing allows application users to view the name, number and details of previous calls when making and taking calls, helping to decide how to deal with each call. Screen popping allows customer facing staff to retrieve caller’s details up on the screen directly in the CRM package.

PSNE say they are excited to welcome Mondago into their Solutions Partner Programme, announced in September 2010, established to unite added value solutions players with PSNE to provide end users with the most individual and efficient telephony solution possible.
