Panasonic Extends ‘Trade Up and Save’ Eco Phone Offer, After Record Response

Panasonic System Communication Company Europe was pleased to announce the extension of the ‘Trade up and Save’ offer which enables partners to increase sales in tough economic conditions through the provision of a highly competitive offer. For each phone system a partner exchanges for a new Panasonic NCP500, NCP1000, or NS1000, that is below 50 extensions, Panasonic will refund 20% of the cost of a new system, a saving which can be passed on to clients.

In addition to being financially enticing, the ‘Trade Up and Save’ promotion provides an environmental incentive to businesses by enabling them to swap their existing systems for more ‘eco friendly’ products. The new systems are designed to be environmentally friendly, helping businesses reduce energy consumption, running cost and carbon footprint. Mobile integration, multi-site networking and collaboration tools can potentially further assist the reduction of companies’ carbon footprints by helping to reduce travel and its associated costs.

Businesses are now able to offer their customers all the benefits of moving to an IP capable telephony system including lower call costs through SIP trunking, powerful Unified Messaging capabilities and access to leading Computer Telephony Integration applications at a lower cost.

First Call, a company that has achieved an overwhelming amount of additional business as a result of the promotion, identify that the price reduction provides end users with the opportunity to purchase user friendly, eco and reliable products at lower, more attractive prices. It has not only improved their sale of Panasonic products, but it has also given First Call a competitive edge in tender situations particularly those involving schools and surgeries which Panasonic’s products are perfectly designed for.

Andrew Ellingham, Managing Director of First Call stated, “It is a lot easier to claim the rebate than with other promotions. I just have to log onto the portal and enter the information. This is crucial as dealers are very busy.”

Although the offer took a few weeks to gain momentum Ellingham was pleased to report that First Call has had a fantastic response from customers. First Call have even replaced some newer models such as TVA-30s, showing that this price reduction has steadily increased the interest in upgrading to new Panasonic models.

Having been in business for 19 years and maintaining a 100% customer satisfaction rate First Call provides clients with incomparable service. After installing Panasonic systems for 15 years they are well aware of the quality and reliability of Panasonic products. This offer has now enabled them the provision of great customer service as well as top range products for less, which is proving to be an unbeatable combination.
