Pangea updates its coverage checker

Pangea has added 5G networks and a bulk postcode feature to its UK mobile coverage checker platform.

Partners can use Pangea’s 5G router to offer their customers 5G connectivity and public static IPs. The coverage map will help partners plan their deployments, as they can stay updated on 5G network progress.

The platform, which became publicly available back in June, has also added a new bulk postcode checker. Partners can now upload multiple postcodes and check their coverage simultaneousl. Pangea expects this feature will be useful for multi-site or moving deployments.

Dan Cunliffe, the company’s managing director, explained, “Pangea encourages partners to plan their 5G solution deployments in advance. It’s a good time to do so, as the UK Government has just introduced new laws that make it easier than ever for MNOs to deploy 5G networks. Partners should expect to see O2, EE, Vodafone, and Three’s 5G coverage ramping up over the next few months.”
