The contract with South West Communications Group represents a considerable investment, and ensures that Paragon keeps up to date with the latest telephone technology. As well as telephone services the internal Paragon network will be upgraded giving the future ability to better integrate applications with telephony.

As a provider of a range of communications solutions, we were in the fortunate position of having designed installed and maintained telephone and data solutions for a number of housing associations that have enjoyed improved call handling ever since.”
The new telephone system will be installed over the next few months and is expected to be fully live and operation at the Paragon main office by the end of June 2011.
