PC Advisor awards Zen Internet its first Best ISP award

PC Advisor has announced the results of its Home Broadband Survey for 2012 based on customer satisfaction.

Over 6,000 readers’ responded to the on-line survey after being asked about their ISP’s reliability, performance, technical support, customer and overall satisfaction.

Zen achieved 98.9% for Reliability, 92.2% for Performance (download speeds), 99.4% Technical Support, 98.8% Customer Satisfaction and 98.9% Overall Satisfaction. Also 97.6% would Recommend Zen to a friend. This gives Zen the highest scores in the survey in five out of the six categories.

‘Zen isn’t the cheapest ADSL broadband provider, but it has always polled well in our broadband survey for customer satisfaction and good technical support. The feedback figures for Zen are nothing short of admirable. A little under 60 percent of customers said they wouldn’t consider trading their ISP for another, no matter what,’ PC Advisor.
