Southampton based Peach Telecom has announced that despite the recent recession, sales in the first half year have rose by 52% which is the highest on record for the UK business. Peach Telecom currently achieves 54% of new business sales for NEC installing their flagship communication server SV8100.
Peach Telecom has listed a record number of telephone system sales, topping off significant growth in the first six months of the year. Customer feedback reports huge gains in operating efficiency as well as reducing call and line rental cost. Peach Telecom has also seen a massive increase in orders for business broadband with the recent changes within the industry.
Darren Scott-Healey, Managing Director says: “We have some major long-term plans as we look to expand our business and strengthen our customer relationships. Our growth has been down to listening to customer’s requirements and fitting the solution around their needs rather than selling fixed packages that are inflexible and in some cases unworkable.”
“I’m delighted with the outstanding performance of Peach Telecom, and in particular the rapid growth of sales since joining forces,” commented Andrew Cooper, NEC Sales Director. “The results are testament to the hard work of the sales team and the state of the art customer services department.”
