PEER 1 Hosting, the global online IT hosting provider, today announces the appointment of Gaye Andrews as the new Head of Customer Service in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Gaye joins PEER 1 Hosting to build and develop the company’s end-to-end customer engagement program, delivering the business’s passion of service excellence. PEER 1 Hosting looks to help customers focus on the possibilities of the Internet, rather than the problems, by making the web work better. Gaye will be instrumental in the realisation of this by supporting the company’s commitment to provide the best managed hosting, dedicated hosting, colocation and cloud services.
Gaye joins PEER 1 Hosting with over 15 years of experience in the customer service sector, having formerly been Head of Customer Experience at RBS, Capgemini and O2. She brings with her an illustrious background and expertise in transforming and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, particularly using the Net Promoter Score (NPS). She has successfully rolled out an extensive NPS program at RBS and delivered unparalleled customer experience engagements with organisations such as M&S and House of Fraser whilst at Capgemini. At PEER 1 Hosting she will be using the NPS tool to drive the business and stronger relationships with customers.
