Pennine Business Centre Impresses Avaya

Buddie Ceronie, the UK, Ireland and Southern Africa Vice President for Avaya, the leading global provider of business communications software, systems and services, visited Pennine’s headquarters in Bury, Greater Manchester, and was impressed with the recently upgraded Business Centre.

“It’s good to see one of our business partners investing so much in facilities to showcase our products,” he said. “Business people can come here and see live demonstrations of our latest equipment. It is very impressive.

“Pennine also ensures all their customer facing staff are up to speed on the latest developments.”

Buddie was shown around the headquarters and the Business Centre by Pennine’s Managing Director Andrew Roberts.

He explained how his company had invested heavily recently in upgrading all the Avaya demonstration equipment.

“It enables us to show customers a range of Avaya solutions including the IP500, MV Express and the ACM telephone systems with the latest applications such as voice over WLAN and Customer Interactive Express (CIE) so that they can experience a true, live demonstration,” said Andrew.

“As well as investing in our state-of-the-art Business Centre and Avaya Demonstration Suite, we have continued to invest heavily in training and every one of our engineers is Avaya accredited. We are proud to be an ‘Avaya Centre of Excellence’.”
