People: Benson Joins Spitfire

Spitfire has expanded its Authorised Partner Services account management team with the addition of Louise Benson. Louise joins the account management team to support Authorised Partners offering Spitfire’s voice and Internet services as part of an integrated voice and data comms solution. Louise was formerly a dealer account manager for Oak Telecom, the call management and recording company.

Spitfire’s Authorised Partner Services enhances the range of products and services offered by IT companies, data VARs, technology consultants and other organisations that want to offer their customers access to voice and Internet solutions.

Authorised Partner Services is based on a personal consultative approach and Louise joins a team with a high level of expertise. A Spitfire Authorised Partner account manager agrees a support programme with the partner company advising them of appropriate products and services and working with the partner company to offer users the right solution to their business communications needs.

Commenting on Louise Benson’s appointment, Nick Goodenough, Partner Services Manager for Spitfire said, “We are delighted to have a person of Louise’s calibre and experience joining the Partner Account Management team during a period of strong and steady growth in this area for the company. Our voice and Internet services are very much in demand by data resellers who want to offer their customers a more integrated and personal service than that offered by the large faceless ISP and telecos. The continued expansion of our Authorised Partner Services requires professional people joining Spitfire with the skills and work ethic to match the dedication of our existing team. Anybody who wants to develop their career with a converged solution supplier in central London should contact me”.
