Plantronics has introduced their newest over-the-head Unified Communications wireless headset system for Call Centres, designed to help representatives, supervisors and subject matter experts improve customer service through real-time collaboration.
The Plantronics Savi enables customer service representatives to simultaneously listen and communicate on both their UC client and deskphone. The vendor says this is the first and only headset on the market that enables seamless switching and mixing of calls from different audio sources and that the new Savi increases efficiency and ROI (return on investment) with better first call resolution and greater customer satisfaction.
