Polycom Recognises Partner Achievements

Polycom, the provider of telepresence, video and voice communications solutions, has announced its first certified partners with Platinum, Gold and Development status for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA).

Polycom’s Partner Certification Programme is to publicly recognise those Polycom Channel Partners who have grown their organisation with proven experience in Collaborative Communication solutions. Channel partners with standardised levels of technical skills must also have a proven commitment and expertise in the areas of service and support, processes, and technologies and be able to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Platinum Certified Partners – these partners have earned the highest endorsement from Polycom and are certified to deploy the full breadth of Polycom solutions. The first Platinum partners in the UK are Internet Videocommunications, and Videocall.

Gold Certified Partners – these partners have the knowledge, skills, and commitment to implement technology solutions that match customers’ exact business needs. Polycom’s first Gold partners in the re: Audio Visual Machines, and First Connections.

Channel Development Distributors – these partners are those that offer enhanced support to Resellers. They have demonstrated a high level of sales and technical competency and support Resellers during the sales process with customer demonstrations, the loan of demonstration equipment and Marketing resource and collateral. Certified as the first Channel Development Distributors in the UK are: Imago, and Westcon.
