“We sell both voice and data solutions working with vendors such as Samsung, Aastra, Microsoft and of course Oak where we sell their recordX and report call recording and logging applications. In recent times the company has diversified both in terms of applications sold and our customer base where we have been successful in securing significant business with local authorities and the NHS.
We are still selling manly CPE based solutions as we find many customer prefer to see the products they are paying for however we have also developed a set of cloud based applications and services and have a growing number of clients for our Microsoft 365 offering as well as hosted mail.”
