Diva Telecom has launched a white-labelled audio conferencing service as part of a plan to expand its reseller product range. The new service came on the back of the Leeds-based company’s successful introduction of a white-labelled SMS product last year.
The audio conferencing facility is fully brandable, offered across all number ranges and, for chargeable access numbers, on a post-pay basis.
Founder and managing director, Erica Lewis, claimed this departure from the industry-standard Pay As You Go set the service apart from others on the market: “The post-pay facility saves end clients a lot of money, as well as providing advanced in-call controls and live participant information.
“Let’s face it, many conference callers dial in from their mobiles, when PAYG access numbers cost a fortune. Calling an 0844 number from a mobile typically costs 15p to 40p a minute – but with our service, these callers would access the conference via 01, 02 or 03 numbers using their inclusive mobile minutes. A small per-minute charge is then billed centrally to the conference chairperson.
“As far as I’m aware, we’re the only company to offer this type of service at such a low per-minute cost.”
“The industry had seen a rise in demand for teleconferencing facilities as a time and travel-saving solution and it was right to fill this gap in the market for resellers”, she added.
