Powerdial required a hosted telephony solution to add to its full range of convergence telephony products. Responding both to market forces and analyst predictions that hosted telephony will continue to grow, accounting for between 15 to 25 per cent of the UK business telephony market within the next four years, Powerdial selected Inclarity to gain its carrier-strength technology.
“We only sell market leading technology, and we partner with companies we trust, so the choice to go with Inclarity was a no-brainer,” said Paul Farn, Group CEO of Powerdial. “The market adoption of IP is startling but it is accounted for by the ability to push new features down an IP network far faster and easier than a traditional TDM based network.”
When installing brand-new telephony systems within UK businesses, Powerdial has sold only IP-based telephony in the past three years, responding to the market’s drive away from installing new PBX systems.
