Powwownow recently announced the launch of its low cost minute bundles in a bid to further simplify business conference calling, by making its price plans more in line with consumer mobile phone tariffs.
Powwownow Plus was launched in July 2012 and provides contract-free add-ons, enabling users to customise their conferencing experiencing and further reduce call costs. These additional features include; access to better rates on local and Freephone numbers compared to the 0844 service, personalised welcome messages, additional chairperson PINs and international numbers.
The minute bundles launched today are another step in a move to give customers the first ever self-service conferencing solution. With pricing from only 2p per minute and no service charge they provide great savings for businesses.
With time poor businesses being squeezed from all angles and looking for quick ways to save time and money, the move to a more consumer friendly pricing plan enables this time to be regained. Aiming to continue this simplicity, the minute bundles can be selected with a simple selector tool which can pin point a customer’s exact needs by calculating the answer to three simple questions. Recommendations for the best bundles and the cost savings are then displayed, giving customers a quick and simple answer to find the right conferencing package for them.
“Powwownow strives to make the complicated world of conference calling as simple as possible for its customers. Our customers don’t have time to look into multiple price options and the best plans and multiple providers. By moving our Plus minute bundles more in line with consumer mobile tariffs we are making it simpler for businesses to understand,” commented Sarah Deverill, Product Manager for Powwownow.
