New Media Software, vendors of the Adaptive range of CT solutions for business, has appointed Tony Maycock as their Technical Manager responsible for all customer service and support and all new development.
Managing Director Phill McGowan commented, “As the demand for our products increases we have ensures that the level of support we provide our channel partners is more than commensurate. Tony was previously with Honeywell and brings with him 15 years programming, team leading and management experience.
Tony is already working on our ‘Customer Experience’ and how we can enhance this for resellers and users. He has already identified optimum touch points where when our systems are sold we can help resellers identify any potential problems at an early stage, say within the first 14 days, so that these are addressed immediately with the customer. This ensures that the customer is happy and pays the reseller promptly.”
