Customers get a dedicated account for a project and the team oversee the implementation of the project terms and conditions. This way Mayflex can ensure a trouble free solution from start to finish.
Price support for a project, and where necessary, registering the project with the manufacturer to gain price support and project exclusivity is another key role within the department. Mayflex will also support any project with literature and specifications and arrange for the necessary manufacturer or sales engineer to be available if requested. Finally the team can help to manage the availability of stock for the project, ensuring clients’ deadlines are met and being fully aware of the project logistics to ensure all eventualities are catered for.
