PromptVoice launches freemium option

PromptVoice has announced the latest version of its on-hold messaging platform, which will be rolled out over the next few months. The new release introduces new tools and benefits, including a freemium model, simplified pricing, and new text-to-speech and on-hold voice options.

The freemium option allows partners to give customers access to the portal, free of charge, and then upgrade them through the packages. This new functionality prompts users to upgrade through the subscription levels as their needs evolve.

The freemium proposition is bundled with simplified pricing and two new packages. Caps on the number of seats and simultaneous calls have been removed from all packages, with two new plans: Premium + for streaming customers, and Pro for download customers. The company said these changes are designed to ensure “there’s a PromptVoice subscription plan available to suit any type of customer – from SME to the largest call centre”.

The release also adds more on-hold message recordings and templates, with new professional voices and the latest text-to-speech (TTS) characters from Google, Amazon and Microsoft.
