Towards the end of last year ProVu announced that all Yealink phones would now be supplied with 24 months warranty as standard. Now ProVu are introducing additional extended warranty options for 3, 4 and 5 years. These options are a great add-on to the standard package and will be attractive to many hosted telephony providers as they will be able to offer cover to their customers for the duration of the agreement.
Yealink are confident that their range of IP phones have set the standard when it comes to reliability. Roy Stephenson, Distributor Account Manager of Yealink said: “"We pride ourselves on the robust build quality of our telephones and less than 1 in 300 fail within the standard warranty period.” This is excellent news for resellers as it highlights the reliability of the Yealink range.
Ian Godfrey, Sales Director of ProVu Communications, said: “The extended warranty option highlights our confidence in the reliability of the Yealink phones and is an ideal added value sale for our resellers as it will give them the opportunity to generate additional margin on what is increasingly becoming a competitive commodity.

The idea of paying a few extra pounds for guaranteed repair or replacement, far outweighs the cost and hassle of having to start again from scratch.”
