Proximity Communications has now gained the Avaya Contact Centre “Service Expert” accreditation, and in doing so, joins an elite group of just two other UK partners accredited to expert level in all areas of Avaya business communications.
The Avaya Contact Centre Service Expert accreditation completes Proximity’s set of Avaya “Service Expert” certifications.
