Davies will continue in his current role across client engagement and pre-sales management and will now also focus increasingly on product and solutions strategy for existing vendor partners. In addition to Davies’ new role and Board appointment, Roberto Casula, Chief Technology Officer, and Board Member, takes on further strategic duties including developing the new vendor portfolio strategy. Davies has been at the Company for 12 years and Casula has worked with the Company since it was founded 13 years ago.

We have made some key senior appointments in the past 2 years, and have also made a number of strategic decisions about our vendor portfolio and where we need to be operating and contributing to in the solutions and services space. The opening of our Network Operations Centre (NOC) earlier this year is evidence of our commitment to developing our offering and pushing the opportunities further. We need to be able to rely on the loyalty and commitment of our people and the responsible management of the Company at all levels. The new Board structure will enable us to strengthen our current offering further, whilst also continuing to look at new ways to differentiate and innovate.”
