Unified Comms
PSG Networks, a Watford-based unified communications and IT service provider, has announced a new strategic partnership with cloud communication provider RingCentral to support their business customers to stay open and meet the increasing demand for flexible working during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The collaboration will allow PSG Networks, whose customer base includes the Tate Gallery and Paperchase, to provide new and existing customers with RingCentral’s single solution for voice, video meetings, team messaging, collaboration, and contact centre.

Tom Murphy, operations manager at PSG Networks (pictured above), said of the partnership: “We are excited to partner with RingCentral and Microsoft Teams. This strategic partnership couldn’t have come at a better time, as we continue to help businesses stay open in the wake of COVID-19 by transforming how they are communicating.”

Martin Man, regional partner manager at RingCentral, said the company is delighted to partner with PSG Networks, given its proven track record helping businesses transition to the cloud. He added, “We look forward to a long and successful relationship working with them and their customers”.
