Award winning ICT (Information and Communications Technology) provider PSU Technology Group (PSU), has just been awarded a telecoms contract with the Travail Employment Group. The move further extends the range of services that PSU handles for the company, which also includes its ICT infrastructure, Lines, Calls, Broadband and Connectivity support needs across a 30 branch network.
The new deal will see PSU install a new Mitel telephony platform and provide an on-going maintenance service for the Group’s headquarters in Gloucester.
Although it will be configured for digital system use, the new Mitel 5000 Communications Platform offers an IP option and the ability to adopt Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies, which could allow additional branch offices to be quickly and cost effectively linked in the future. Such flexibility was pivotal in Travail’s decision to adopt the solution.
Commenting about the latest deal, Michael Lounton, Managing Director, PSU Technology Group said: “We are delighted to have won yet another contract with Travail, which is testament to the strength and quality of our service. As a fully converged communications and IT provider, it is great to be supplying such a wide range of our services to this company”
