Purdicom has announced the results of a hugely successful year in 2017. The company has experienced an unprecedented growth of 40% revenue through 2017, as well as a staff growth of 25% since last year.

The success is attributed to a few set defining factors, according to director of Sales and Marketing, Steve Kent. “2017 has seen the rise of the online store at Purdicom.

In order to offer the highest level of efficiency for both the customer and the smooth running of the business as a whole, the store has become the 24/7 one-stop-shop for all our resellers.”

The new store offers any-time credit check, personalised instant discounts, live chat support and multi-user login capabilities to suit any size enterprise.

Additionally, Purdicom have appointed Information Security Officer Shane Reed (CISM, CIPM) to bring the company up to speed in light of the incoming GDPR in May 2018.

Purdicom treat data protection and privacy with the utmost seriousness. The Sytorus privacy engine was implemented across the company, followed by data privacy data impact assessments on all third party partnerships, and training for all company employees.

“Purdicom have always aimed to put customer wellbeing first,” commented Manging Director Hugh Garrod. “GDPR will be business as usual in 2 to 3 years, so Purdicom intend to exceed expectations now and well into the future.”
