Oxford-based value-add distributor Purdicom signed a supplier agreement with edge-gateway vendor, Nomadix, complementing its broad Wi-Fi & networking portfolio.
The Nomadix technology allows users to control their visitor‑based network (VBN) or high-speed internet access (HSIA) network. It separates visitors from the main network for security, bandwidth control and monetisation.
Purdicom partners can gain immediate benefit from providing this solution to their customers across many verticals, especially the hospitality and MDU markets. Or leverage the opportunities that are associated with direct monetisation for Managed Service business models.
This partnership and the Nomadix suite of products, perfectly complements the existing Purdicom portfolio which consists of enterprise level Wi-Fi, Point to Point, Networking, Management and Security.
“Adding Nomadix to our portfolio really gives Purdicom a unique advantage in supplying a true network and security solution to our vast Hospitality and MDU customers. We see this technology being best of breed and in keeping with the type of projects we have helped deliver over the past couple of years.” – Steve Kent (Sales & Marketing Director, Purdicom).
