Microsoft Teams is one of the fastest growing business apps in Microsoft history with over 155 million user opportunities worldwide. In June 2018 Microsoft supported Direct Routing, enabling customers to use their existing telephony or Unified Communications infrastructure to create the ‘full voice service’ experience and Qunifi is offering this integration through its Call2Teams native connector.
Call2Teams allows an enterprise to use a simple Cloud service to integrate existing telecoms infrastructure and services via an online portal to provision Microsoft Teams at the drop of a hat. Call2Teams talks directly to the Office 365 system which, with end-to-end encryption of both signalling and media, and SSL certificates provided for each customer, is as secure as it gets.
