Radvision Ramp-Up From Nimans

Comms distributor Nimans has welcomed the launch of powerful new video conferencing technology from Radvision that boasts iPad and iPhone interaction.

The flagship SCOPIA XT5000 combines advanced dual HD 1080p/60fps video with HD audio and multi-touch control via an iPad – delivering an exceptional user experience.

Nimans says the addition of the XT5000 further strengthens its comprehensive Radvision range where its XT1000 sibling remains a strong seller. Nimans is already hailing 2012 as the year of video conferencing and says sales are growing month-on-month since joining forces with Radvision last Summer.

Nimans’ Head of Conferencing Sales, Ian Brindle, says low cost of entry and high quality audio and video output is fuelling overall reseller demand – as more of their customers embrace video conferencing as a viable alternative to business travel.

He added: “Our partnership with Radvision goes from strength to strength. We can show resellers the power of innovation and how they can integrate an iPhone 4S, iPad 2, iPod Touch and a traditional laptop onto the same room system conference call without the costly infrastructure. In addition we offer one-to-one support from start to finish, from the moment a reseller receives an enquiry, to help them clinch more sales.”

Founded in 1992, Radvision is a leading provider of videoconferencing and telepresence technologies over IP and wireless networks. Radvision offers end-to-end visual communications that help businesses collaborate more efficiently - harnessing the power of video, voice, and data over any network.

Ian concluded: “Working in partnership with Radvision further galvanises our strategy to help dealers deliver prosperity in times of adversity. The launch of the new XT5000 strengthens what was already a very powerful and intuitive product portfolio.”
