CommSoft RMS puts this down to their strong product range, which provides resellers with many software combinations and options to add value to every sale.

It is good to see resellers grasping the CommSoft RMS concept that modules like call recording, call management, operator console, CTI or campaign dialling can be bolted together in multiple combinations and all from one supplier: so the customer has only one interface to familiarise with and one database common to all modules’ adds Church.
CommSoft RMS are looking forward to a buoyant 2010 with orders already on the board in the opening days of the new decade.
