Call logging vendors MIND CTI and Red Box Recorders have teamed-up to launch an integrated voice recorder and call logging solution. Channel partners will now benefit from offering a single product to deliver both voice recording and call logging, which has been designed to reduce and manage costs, improve employee productivity and increase network efficiency.
